You manage the operation and we keep the machine reliable. It is the standard choice for anyone who runs plant as part of their day-to-day work.
It is the cost-effective option for earthmoving contractors and builders who already run ticketed operators. You get a well-maintained machine without the wet hire labour cost on top.
Every machine leaves our yard fully serviced and fuelled to start the day. If anything plays up on site, call us - our fitters are Komatsu-trained and sort it fast.

Dry Hire Needs a Competent Operator
Excavators and skid steers are notifiable plant under WA work health and safety law. Whoever runs the machine must be competent and hold the relevant high-risk work licence where required. If that is not sorted, ask us about wet hire instead.

Delivery, Collection and Site Prep
We run two plant trailers and handle delivery and collection ourselves. Transport is charged on distance from our Perth metro yard, added as a flat line on your hire invoice for most inner and middle-ring suburbs.

Give us your machine preference, hire dates, site address and the operator's details. We confirm availability and the transport cost on the spot.
Sign the Hire Agreement
A standard agreement covers machine condition on departure, the damage waiver option and return condition. We walk you through it before delivery.
Machine Delivered and Walked Over
We deliver, then go over controls, service hours and any quirks specific to that unit. You confirm the condition before we leave.
You Run the Job
Operate the machine through the agreed hire period. Call us any time - our fitters can usually talk you through a fix or get out fast.
Collection and Final Invoice
We collect on the agreed date and check the machine on return. The final invoice covers hire days plus transport.
